For the rest of Asia:  

  • Orders below HK$599: HK$159

  • Orders between HK$599 and HK$1999: HK$109

  • Orders over HK$1999: Free shipping

  • International shipping usually takes 7-14 days.

For North America and Europe:  

  • Orders from HK$0 to HK$3000: HK$499

  • Orders between HK$3000 and HK$5000: HK$259

  • Orders over HK$5000: Free shipping

  • International shipping usually takes 7-14 days.Due to recent tariffs and customs-related issues, shipments to the United States may experience delays. Please be aware that there is an increased risk of packages being held or delayed by customs. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

For Australia and New Zealand:  

  • Orders from HK$0 to HK$1200: HK$199

  • Orders between HK$1200 and HK$2500: HK$99

  • Orders over HK$2500: Free shipping

  • International shipping usually takes 7-14 days.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Hongji, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unopened, in original condition, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team for instructions. Returns: if your original order included free shipping, your refund will be reduced by the original shipping fee we paid to send the order to you. Exchanges: customers are responsible for the shipping/postage costs for the exchange (including return shipping and reshipping the replacement, where applicable).
